Electromagnets for bundled rebar, coils, round steel coils and wire rod
The special DIMET EMGK series are electromagnets for bundled rebar, coils, round steel coils and wire rod, being lifted by their lateral and front surfaces. The poles of these electromagnets have a particular shape in order to ensure contact with the coil at the required diameter. Also available in a heat-resistant version for hot loads (up to 650 ˚С).

- The solid special welded housing is designed for use under unfavorable environmental conditions and has a large heat transfer surface and a reinforced impact-resistant layer to protect the two-piece terminal boxes.
- Regarding the coil material, the high-quality wire with increased insulation significantly reduces the risk of short circuit between turns. This wire makes repairing the electromagnet especially easy, since in the event of a failure the coil only needs to be rewound.
- The thermal insulation seal provides an optimum coil temperature during use of the electromagnet with loads of up to 650° С, thus guaranteeing load capacity stability.
