General Description
The Roter RA70.1 hydraulic baler press is a high-engineering industrial equipment designed for the efficient compaction and densification of non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, bronze) and light ferrous scrap. Its compact and robust design makes it the ideal solution for medium operations looking to maximize load density, optimize logistics transport costs, and deliver standardized packages ready for foundry furnaces.

Force and Hydraulic System
Compaction capacity: It has a main cylinder that exerts a real force of 70 tons on the material.

Specific working pressure: It develops a pressure of 58 kg/cmยฒ, guaranteeing a homogeneous and high-density block.

System pressure: The hydraulic circuit operates at a maximum pressure of 280 Bar, optimizing cycle speed without compromising the integrity of the components.

Loading and Package Dimensions
Compression box: Spacious feed area of 1300 mm in length by 400 mm in width, ideal for receiving profiles, cans, and loose industrial cuttings quickly.

Bale size: Produces standardized packages with a cross-section of 400 mm x 300 mm. The length of the package is variable and adjustable according to the volume of material introduced into the hopper.

Structure and Wear Resistance
High durability shielding: The entire internal area of the compaction box is completely lined with HARDOX 400/450 wear-resistant steel plates. This lining protects the structure against severe abrasion and continuous impact from metals, drastically reducing maintenance costs and technical downtime.
