Hydraulic scrap shear

• The Eagle III line has been designed to increase cutting force in all models.
• The lower jaw is machined from a solid 160 mm thick Hardox® steel plate and then fully milled to keep the mechanical characteristics of the steel unchanged.
• An integrated guide disc allows the upper jaw to use 100% of the cutting capacity even at difficult angles.
• Machined in each of its parts, completely redesigned to operate with absolute stability and precision, manufactured as a single element without welds. The blade housings are milled from the solid piece to increase strength.
• The cylinder is inverted to protect the rod inside it, the enlarged inner diameter develops more power by speeding up the cycles (opening and closing speed). Rod completely forged from the solid piece, which guarantees superior resistance compared with a conventional cylinder. Equipped with superior quality seals that can last up to 3,000 hours.
• The most used parts are shielded with interchangeable Hardox® 500 steel plates installed in the jaw profiles to avoid frequent maintenance operations that could affect the operating availability of the shear.
• The Smart Box controls the attachment remotely thanks to 9 different sensors, including GPS, hour meter and shock detector.
